• Clients must adhere to any cancellation fees or penalties specified in the service agreement.

2.Refund Process:

To request a refund, clients must submit a formal refund request in writing to Fictivebox Media Pvt Ltd's customer support team at globaloperations@fictivebox.com or by calling +91 9311957069

The refund request will be reviewed by our team, and eligibility will be determined based on the terms outlined in the service agreement.

If the refund request is approved, Fictivebox Media Pvt Ltd will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe, deducting any applicable cancellation fees specified in the agreement.
